Designed to reflect the Australian bush environment setting, this tree
house play structure is built around a central tree pole carved to
reveal local fauna. |

Activities at the tree house include slides,
fire pole, spiral pole, spiral ladder, climb walls, abseil wall, spider
web, rickety bridge, chain climb and perimeter tricycle path.

Roofed Fitness Centre for light exercises
including step, hop, squats, push-ups, chin-ups, curl-ups, triceps, leg
raisers, etc. and stretch, caters for preteens to adults.

The playground, located in a disused quarry, is designed to reflect
that industrial character and incorporates circuit style equipment and
rock walls for climbing.

Platform steps lead to internal clamber net, vee and clatter bridges,
gangways, high roofed deck, fire pole, internal and external ladder, tunnel and
abseil wall.

Teen Hangout providing shelter and recreational facilities includes
bench, reclining and straddle seats, sitting rails, clamber ropes and
pommels.

Front entrance to the Castle by the sea is by lowered drawbridge.
Stair access for younger children leads to open deck, arched bridge,
watch towers and rampart. |

Slide down from
open deck, or follow the arched bridge to the watch tower with scaling wall.
Play space under has clock with moveable hands and sand play
facilities. |

Sand play
feature at ground level includes chutes, baffle, spout, bowls, sieve,
scales and scoops with stools placed about a play bench. |

Possum Cottage
built on a sloping site, is a light airy cubby for little ones with
step and ramp access between play levels. A bike/wheelchair path
encircles the playground. |

Upper deck with
bench seat has revolving picture blocks with native fauna images, 0's
and X's and numbers for the children's pleasure and education. |

The cottage
furnished with corner bench suite, stove, tree-stump stool, clock and
portraits of Mama and Papa Possum has rear slide exit to lower play
area. |
